Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about lawn maintenance in Utah

What yard work services do you offer?

We offer a full range of yard maintenance services, including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, shrub and hedge trimming, flower bed maintenance, spring and fall cleanups, and debris removal. Services are available individually or as part of a recurring maintenance plan.

How often do you service a property?

Most residential properties are serviced weekly or bi-weekly during the growing season. We work with you to find a schedule that keeps your yard looking its best based on your property size, grass type, and preferences.

Do you use the same crew every visit?

We do our best to send the same crew to your property on each visit. Familiar crews work more efficiently and get to know your yard’s specific needs over time.

Do I need to be home when you service my yard?

No. As long as we have access to your yard and any gates are unlocked, we can complete the service without you being present. We’ll notify you as soon as the job is done.

What happens if it rains on my service day?

We reschedule around wet conditions when mowing would damage the lawn. We’ll notify you of any schedule adjustments and ensure your service stays on track, with no gaps in coverage.

Do you offer one-time services or only recurring plans?

We offer both. If you need a one-time yard cleanup, a single mow, or a seasonal service like spring or fall cleanup, we can help. Many of our one-time clients eventually sign up for recurring plans.

When should I schedule a spring cleanup?

Handle spring cleanup once temperatures stay consistently above freezing and before active growth begins. We recommend booking early in the season as spring spots fill up quickly.

Do you service commercial properties?

Yes. We provide yard maintenance services for residential properties, rental units, and small commercial properties. Contact us to discuss your specific needs, and we’ll put together a plan that fits.

How much does lawn maintenance cost in Utah?

Pricing depends on your property size, the services included, and how often you need service. We provide free on-site consultations and custom quotes.

What areas of Utah do you serve?

We serve communities across the Wasatch Front, Utah Valley, the greater Salt Lake area, and additional Utah communities. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
