All Seasons Landscaping handles sprinkler repairs for all types of systems, whether we installed them or not. We inspect the full system, identify the actual problem, and make the right repair.
We complete most repairs in a single visit and leave you with a system that works the way it should.

How It Works
Our repair process
Call or request a visit
Call us or fill out our online form to let us know what the system is doing. Whether you are dealing with a dry zone, pooling water, a misdirected head, or a zone that will not shut off, we will schedule a visit and confirm a time that works for you.
On-site diagnosis
We arrive, run the full system, and inspect each zone to see how everything is performing. That includes checking pressure, valves, heads, wiring, and controller settings to identify the actual cause of the problem before making any repairs.
Clear repair quote
Once the problem has been identified, you receive a clear quote outlining what needs to be repaired, the cost, and any other issues that may need attention. That way, you decide what to address now and what to plan for later.
Professional repair
With your approval, the repair is completed on the same visit whenever possible. We keep common replacement parts on hand to help avoid return trips, and we schedule larger repairs with a clear timeline.
System test and sign-off
After the repair, we run the full system again to make sure everything is working properly, restore coverage, and ensure no other issues are showing up. You are also walked through the completed work and left with a clear record of what was repaired.

What Our Clients Say
Utah homeowners who trust All Seasons for irrigation repairs
Posted on Evan TeaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired All Seasons Landscaping to redesign and replace an existing railroad tie retaining wall and prepare our parking strips for xeriscaping at our home in Salt Lake City. We couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process was a positive experience - Kevin (the owner) was professional, responsive, and friendly. The crew on our project, Lupe and Francisco, were hardworking, detail oriented, and communicated with us on a daily basis about our ideas for our yard. They were approachable, easy to talk to, and put in long hours to complete our project on schedule. We had shopped around before choosing All Seasons and their bid was both competitve and completely fair. The project stayed within the estimate and we know we got our money's worth. We've received many compliments on our yard and will work with All Seasons on any future projects. Thanks!Posted on Janette PerkinsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have had issues finding a good reliable company to work on our landscaping. We lost so many of the existing trees in that horrible wind storm about 4 years ago. I called All Seasons and Kevin came right out, gave us a reasonable bid. The work was amazing. We even had them add onto the original work. I cannot recommend anyone more than All Seasons. They were fast, very responsive, and all around nice people.Posted on Thomas CarpenterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kevin helped us redo all of our sprinklers and helped us pull out gravel and put top sill in to prepare for grass. He and his crew did great work and whenever there was a problem (which our sprinkler system was a mess) they always helped us find a solution that worked for us and we’re very communicative. The crew was friendly and professional and just amazing to work with. Thanks Kevin for helping us get the yard we wanted!

Yes. We repair irrigation systems of all brands, ages, and configurations regardless of who installed them. We run a full system assessment on every repair visit to understand what we’re working with.
Yes, in most cases. We carry common replacement parts on every service truck to complete the majority of repairs in a single visit. If a repair requires a part that isn’t in stock, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit.
Yes. A sudden increase in your water bill is one of the most common signs of a sprinkler problem. Leaks, stuck valves, broken heads, and underground line issues all waste a significant amount of water before you notice them. A sprinkler inspection is a smart first step if your bill rises unexpectedly during irrigation season.
Several issues cause that. A valve may not open fully, pressure may be too low, a line may be blocked, or the heads may not be spaced correctly for the area. A zone-level inspection helps identify the actual cause, enabling us to finish the repairs.
The most common causes include a worn valve, debris preventing the valve from closing properly, or a solenoid that is no longer functioning properly. In some cases, the controller may also be sending a constant signal to the zone. A full inspection helps identify the exact cause before any repairs start.
Yes. Freeze damage is one of the most common sprinkler issues we see at the start of the season in Utah. When water remains in the lines, heads, or valves during freezing temperatures, it can crack components and cause leaks or pressure problems.
Common signs include leaking at the assembly, a noticeable drop in system pressure, or a failed certification test. Some older units need repair, while others need replacement to meet current requirements. A proper inspection helps determine the most practical next step.
